Online Check-in
The online check is open from 30 hours to 1 hour before departure of the scheduled flight. You can check-in on the website by simply entering your flight number and booking code. You’ll get the boarding pass as an electronic ticket on your phone or email in PDF format.
Mobile Check-in
You can also check-in on your mobile if you have installed the KLM app. The app is available for Android and iPhone. You have all the options available on the website, including seat selection, baggage, etc.
Airport Check-in
It’s simple to check-in at the airport kiosks by following easy instructions and then printing your boarding pass. You can also check-in at the check-in desks if your flight is on the same day.
Online Check-in Facility
Passengers can opt for online check-in either through the KLM website or the KLM app. The online check-in is available from 30 hours to one hour before your scheduled flight.
Airport Check-in
Passengers can also decide to check-in at the airport, either by using the self-service kiosks or at the check-in desk. For staffed KLM reservations check-in desks, passengers need to check-in between 3 hours to 1 hour prior to their scheduled flight departure.

Economy Class
Passengers can choose from 4 types of cabin class while doing their KLM flight reservations. These include Economy Class, Premium Economy Class, Business Class, and First Class.
The KLM’s Economy Class offers great comfort on both European and international/intercontinental flights. The amenities here include a pillow and blanket with a professionally designed seat as well as an in-flight magazine.

Meal Options
KLM provides passengers with in-flight foods, which depend on the flying route, class, and duration of the flight. For short-haul flights, meal service may be limited to salads, sandwiches, or yogurt.
For KLM’s Economy Class, passengers can choose from a range of hot meals, which are served as a starter and bread. Additionally, passengers can buy items from the menu, which must be ordered well in advance on the KLM website at least 48 hours before departure.

Drinks & Alcohol

Special Dietary Requirements

Carry-on Baggage
Passengers flying in the Economy Class should carry one time of hand-baggage with dimensions of 55 x 35 x 25 cm maximum. They are also allowed to carry one personal item, such as a laptop, briefcase, or handbag, with a maximum dimension of 40 x 30 x 15 cm. The combined weight of these two bags must not exceed 12kg. This rule applies to all routes and passengers are advised to check their ticket before travel to ensure that their baggage allowance is according to the rules.
For Business Class, passengers can carry 2 items of carry-on baggage. Each of these items must not be more than 55 x 35 x 25 cm in dimensions. Moreover, passengers are allowed one personal accessory such as a handbag, laptop, or briefcase. The personal item, however, must not go beyond 40 x 30 x 15 in dimensions. The combined weight of all the 3 items must be 18kg at maximum.
Checked Baggage
Passengers in Economy Class can carry one checked-in baggage with combined dimensions not exceeding 158 cm and the weight of the bag must be 23 kg at maximum.
Passengers flying Gold and Platinum, Blue Silver, or those in Elite Plus and SkyTeam Elite can also carry one extra checked baggage with the same weight and dimensions as above.
Passengers traveling on the Light fare don’t have any charge-free checked baggage in their flight ticket.
On Business class, passengers can carry 2 checked bags and a maximum weight of 32kg each and with the maximum combined dimensions of 158 cm each.
Those flying on Gold & Platinum, Blue Silver, or those in Elite Plus and SkyTeam Elite can carry one more checked bag with the same weight and dimensions as above.

It's been a 2 month ago, I cancelled my flight from Frankfurt to London and then I request for refund. But still my no i have not got any refund from KLM flight reservation helpdesk. poor customer service. Never book with this airline.
